So what – really – have we done? What have we accomplished? Among others, David has been instrumental in these collective achievements:

• Design of standard development practices for a national membership-based advocacy organization resulting in increased sponsorship
• Development of supervision practices at a faith-based organization which reduced turnover and increased morale
• Mission and vision clarification for an inter-faith group working internationally that paved the way for new support and renewed vitality
• Preparation of a strategic plan for an innovative private university
• Special funding appeals that raised sufficient resources to support a LGBT advocacy group’s national and international initiatives
• Study leading to the wise decision of an addiction treatment center’s board not to proceed with a capital campaign
• Successful capital campaign to rebuild a church in a poor urban neighborhood
• Successful re-accreditation and licensing renewal of a statewide, multi-program social service agency
• Training of a board of directors for a new community-based social service agency
• Training of a very successful new development director for a cathedral
