Organizational Development

If I had to pick one thing that David does the best I would say he iinspires people. While working with him at Episcopal Community Services (ECS) in Minnesota for over three years I witnessed first hand how he inspired the staff, board, churches, foundations, and countless supporters to re-invest in a 40 year old organization. He spent countless hours reorganizing and restructuring ECS to create a rejuvenated board, a strategic plan that stabilized a dying organization, new enthusiastic supporters, and more church involvement than ever before. David truly saved our organization!
