Your initial consultation with David Norgard and other associates you deem appropriate will accomplish three tasks:
1 - Define the scope of the issue
2 - Define the scope of services desired
3 -
Define budget and timeline
There is no charge for this initial consultation. Depending upon the nature of the issues presented, David may request some additional written materials from your organization to better understand your issues.
Step # 2
After gaining an adequate understanding of the scope of the issues, we prepare a letter of agreement for your review. The proposal will include a statement of the overall goals of the project, a preliminary timetable of the stages involved, a list of items to be delivered, a list of what is needed from you, and the projected cost of the project.
Step # 3
You are encouraged to review the proposal to ensure both the project’s proposed design and its intended results are clear and acceptable.
Step # 4
od180 will commence its work upon the return of a signed letter of agreement and the requested retainer.
Step # 5
You and od180 begin to ACT in partnership to strengthen the effectiveness of your organization and its leaders.
