Methodology & Values
No matter what conference or training seminar I attend I find that our organization is ahead of the game because of the experience and expertise Episcopal Community Services was blessed with by having David as its Executive Director.

Our values are fundamental not only to who we are but also to what we do and how we do it.
Appreciation
It is the most useful way to look at what has been. We believe organizations and leaders are more inclined and prepared to realize their full potential when they base their work on their proven strengths as opposed to focusing predominantly on weaknesses and vulnerabilities.
Cooperation
It is the key to making of the present moment the catalyst for the future desired. We believe organizations and leaders do their best work when cooperation is cultivated, honored, and expected in contrast to a culture of competition and rivalry.
Transformation
It is the essential vision for the future. We believe that both organizations and leaders can in fact change themselves for the better, thereby serving as change agents for those who serve in them and those who are served by them. While change is a constant, devolving is never inevitable and evolving is always a possibility.
ACTion
In short, we ACT, acknowledging what is positive, recognizing what is possible, and helping others to do the same. We strive to honor these values in all of our work with clients.
Our style of working is intensive and project-oriented. We do the work we have been called to do with focus and efficiency. Our goal is to complete each project expeditiously in order to keep your costs down. At the conclusion of our work, we leave you empowered to fulfill the mission and objectives to which you are committed.
Our temperament is to take the work we do seriously but not ourselves. We communicate in a manner that is short on jargon and long on humor.
