Who is od180?
od180 is a consulting practice comprised of several independent practitioners who work cooperatively and who complement each other’s particular expertise. Each has a proven track record of effecting significant positive change in the lives of non-profit organizations and all share the values cited here. Both individually and collectively, the experience and insight they bring to a project is extensive, having served a wide variety of advocacy and service organizations of varying sizes and locations and in a variety of leadership roles.
The principal is David Norgard, who has earned a reputation for “turning organizations around.” In establishing od180, David is now able to share his insight and experience more broadly by working with organizations and their leaders on a project-consulting basis. His passion is helping others achieve their greatest potential, especially in regard to realizing dreams of having substantial transformative impact on their communities.
David is the key contact for every od180 client and coordinates the involvement of his colleagues according to the needs of the given project.
