Background Briefs provide concise information on a variety of topics pertaining to nonprofit governance, management, and resource development. Most are one or two pages in length. New titles are added quarterly. Briefs may be downloaded, copied and distributed free of charge to board and staff members, volunteers and donors of nonprofit organizations so long as attribution is given to David Norgard of OD180.
