David Norgard belongs to the Los Angeles Chapters of the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD) and the Association of Fund-raising Professionals (AFP). He also belongs to the Organization Development Network (ODN) and is an Associate Member of the California Association of Nonprofits (CAN). He is a priest of the Episcopal Church (TEC), canonically resident in the Diocese of Minnesota and licensed to function in the Diocese of Los Angeles.
