Process Overview

  1. Survey the governance and management structure and the actual practices thereof.
  2. Analyze the findings vis-à-vis organizational effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  3. Based on the information and insight gathered, prepare an Organizational Survey & Assessment which includes findings and recommendations.
  4. Support the development and implementation of an action plan which initiates desired change.
  5. Review results and revise the plan as deemed prudent.

Anticipated Outcomes

The organization has clarity about its competencies and capabilities with respect to governance and management and has an action plan to build on strengths and mitigate weaknesses.
