Often, challenges do not fit tidily into a specific category. Sometimes an issue is complex, with facets touching multiple layers and functions of the organization. Moreover, what lies on the surface is not all there is to it. So it becomes useful to gain the perspective of someone from outside the system to observe, to reflect, and then to stir creative deliberation about a course of action. The following are some examples of the projects with which OD180 has been involved:
- Improving the quality of personnel management practices;
- Training managers how to supervise;
- Mentoring new development directors;
- Reorganizing a board of directors; and
- Advising executives new to the role.
