As part of every proposed Service Agreement, OD180 presents a set fee for nonprofit consulting services, based on a reasonable estimate of the time commitment required to complete the project successfully (including anticipated travel and lodging, if any). Other expenses associated with a given project are billed at cost. These may include such items as graphic design and production oversight, high-volume printing and postage, messenger and express mail services, and extra (local) transportation costs.

As all projects are customized according to the particular needs and requirements of the client, OD180 does not utilize pre-set pricing. The double advantage to the client of this arrangement is that the organization knows the full cost of the project in advance and pays only for the value of the services actually rendered (not some predetermined average).

Each Service Agreement contains a payment schedule. In most instances, an initial, non-refundable payment is requested within 15 days of engagement and final payment is due within 25 days of project completion. Interim, partial payments following completion of phases or parts of a project are requested in the case of extended engagements. A fee of $35 is charged for late payments.

The minimum project fee is $1,500. The minimum fee for speaking engagements (other than preaching) is $1,000. For incidental purposes only, the hourly rate for consultation is $110. The mileage rate is $0.585.
