Welcome to OD180 Nonprofit Consulting

OD180 is a management consulting practice specializing in strengthening non profit organizations. It is a different kind of consulting practice from what you might expect.

We focus on enhancing business acumen, to be sure. Yet just as importantly, by the way we work, we also help instill such values as collaboration, transparent communication, and creativity. When working with a client organization, we help find answers to current challenges and solutions to presenting problems. Yet even more, we aim to instigate fresh perspectives about how to keep your organization serving its mission (and not descend into survival or bureaucratic mode).
